From a single polyp coral frag, to a giant carpet anemone.  Your order will be packed with care and shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. All outgoing orders are shipped to their new homes by 3:00PM CST, with all orders received after that time frame, shipping the following day. We do not ship on weekends.

We only trust the most careful hands with our livestock, FedEx is our go-to. Offering outstanding rates, with A+ handling; we are confident your package will be delivered with great care. For extra security, we always recommend requesting your package be held at your local FedEx facility for pick-up.

We take pride in our shipping methods, and are confident that your livestock leaves our facility the healthiest it's ever been. Each item is carefully inspected for quality and overall health prior to packing, should we feel that your item is not in an optimal condition to ship, we will contact you to either swap an item or refund that specific item

DOA Policy

Enjoy a hassle free DOA policy at The Reef Rack, should for whatever reason your items be deceased upon immediate reception of your package, we will refund your item(s) in the form of store credit on your next order with us. We require that the purchaser be present upon delivery of your package, and that the package is signed for. Items that are "left on front step" for any period of time, are not signed for upon delivery or are returned or refused back to a FedEx location will not qualify for DOA re-imbursment. To claim your DOA credit, you must provide photos of the specimen in the shipping bag and contact us within 2 hours of receiving your package, allowing us to credit your account on your next order immediately. If we are not contacted within 2 hours of receiving your shipment, our DOA policy will not be applicable to your order. If items are requested to be "held" at FedEx hub or stores AFTER shipment has left our facility by the recipient, DOA Credit will not be applicable. If items are requested to be held at a FedEx facility prior to leaving our facility, DOA credit is still applicable. We ask that you please do NOT alter the shipping route on your own, this can delay arrival up to 48 hours or more. ** Please make note of your request for packages to be held at a facility in your "check-out" notes, and we will have your package held at the nearest FedEx facility in relation to your original shipping address at no additional charge.
